This has, by far, been the most popular recipe I have ever put out there. It uses no additional sweetener of any kind and no grain flour. Everyone who tastes it wants me to make them one.... but I prefer to empower you ;-)
½ C Almond Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp salt
a healthy couple dashes of Cinnamon
1 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder* or 3 Tbsp Almond Flour
3 Tbsp each Coconut Flour
In a blender combine bananas, almond butter, eggs, baking soda, and salt. Pulse and blend until smooth. Add cinnamon protein powder and Coconut Flour. Blend until smooth.
Pour in greased Bread Pan and bake 45-60 min until desired doneness.
* I use the protein we sell at Haka because it is super clean without added fillers. You want as few ingredients as possible and ours has 5. You could also use Great Lakes Gelatin and add a tsp of vanilla extract
